Availability, scope, pricing, and purchase conditions are subject to separate written agreements.

3. Use of Website
You agree to provide accurate information and use this website lawfully. Do not submit malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or misuse contact forms. Website content is informational; vehicle photographs are illustrative unless expressly identified as actual inventory. Confirm vehicle availability and specifications with our team.
4. User Consent for SMS Communications
Our mixed-use SMS program requires separate, affirmative consent for transactional/informational and promotional/marketing messages. All three form checkboxes, including the legal agreement checkbox, are unchecked by default and optional. Checking the legal agreement alone does not opt you in to any text messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may choose transactional messages, marketing messages, both, or neither. Message frequency varies based on your requests, account activity, and the categories you select. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on network availability, device compatibility, and carrier support. Do not rely on SMS for emergencies or time-critical instructions.
9. Regulatory Compliance
Our messaging practices are intended to comply with applicable requirements of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), applicable state law, CTIA messaging guidelines, and carrier and messaging-provider policies. We maintain separate consent records and honor opt-out requests. Carrier registration and approval are separate processes and do not guarantee message delivery.
